Great value for money

I enjoyed my stay here. The food was nice, hotel was clean, and felt very relaxed, had seen some bad reviews before we came but felt they were very wrong, it is an easy walk to the town centre and beach, but they also lay on a free train that takes you round the resort which was fun and quirky. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but could do with air conditioning we were on the top floor and the rooms were very hot. There is a good selection of food with fast food available in-between meals. The beach was more like gravel, and there is a steep incline into the sea, but very lovely with a sight seeing ferry pulling up to the beach approx every 2hrs, there is also water sports available. I went as part of a hen party but I am definitely taking my husband and 3 young children back there. Staff were great very friendly.

we are a family with 2 children aged 5 and 16 months, the hotel is okay and there is free transport to the town but it is only about 15 mins or so to walk. we went for 2 weeks but after 1 week we were ready to come home, most of the people loved the place although there were 1 or 2 noisy family and stag/hen groups when they first arrive but they calm down, with having the baby I was told cot hire was cheap but it was 9 Euro's a night luckily there is a supermarket right next door and we bought a travel cot for 35 euro. food was average to good, the rooms (dont bring your cat) were clean but after a week we had to ask for the sheets to be clean of which they did straight away, this hotel is not for people trying to get away from it all full of kids and adults who like a drink. Not the best far from the worst if you want 5* please pay for it

Everything about this hotel is great. Geared for families wanting a fun holiday. All inclusive is terrific we spent hardly anything. Food is ok especially toasties and burgers from the pool bar.

We are a family of 4, children are aged 4 & 7. Value for money - Excellent! All Inclusive really means ALL inclusive here. Only amusements to pay for in the hotel.
Accommodation - Good, very clean. All appliances worked fine. Good power shower, plenty hot water etc. WARNING: don't get 1 of the 20 or so rooms between the reception / entertainment areas and the lifts / stairs. Entertainment finishes at midnight, breakfast starts early. So these rooms get a lot of noise from passing guests. The quietest rooms are at the back of the hotel (where you also catch the sun all day) - at the front you get noise from the evening entertainment, and from a nightclub opposite on weekends.
Food - Excellent. Really surprised by the variety at each meal. Good quality, fresh fruit & veg, special choices for kids etc. Very impressed.
Entertainment. Family-oriented. If you want the kids to be entertained then it's great. Competitions, discos, games throughout the day and evening. Well organised too, which gives you peace of mind.
Facilities. Good. Decent swimming pool, plus toddler pool. Non-smoking room in the entertainment area. Small shop selling the essentials. Reception staffed 24/7 with helpful, welcoming team. Bars / restaurant well staffed too.
Location. OK. There's not much immediately around the hotel, but the free train takes you into the resort / beach (and the kids love it!).
Overall this is a great hotel for families, I would recommend it happily

My partner, his son age 11 and my daughter age 11+ has just came back from our 1 weeks holiday, this was our first holiday together, after reading the reviews after booking I was so not looking forward to this, I was very pleasantly surprised as this hotel was the best ever as it was so very clean, food was wonderful a very big choice for all different and fussy eaters as my daughter is. The entertainment was fantastic for the kids, boy in pool most of the times and games room, daughter spent most of her time on the msm to her friends back home, the train comes free of charge if you need to use it we never we walked to beach and into town it was all very cheap too. Please do not have so many sleepless nights as I did before going to this excellent resort, the staff was very helpful and cheery at all times, we will most definately be back and will recommend this to all our friends and family.
