Top Local Tips for Santa Eularia des Riu

Getting there from the airport Choose a reputable transfer / shuttle bus company and book on-line before you go (use one of the sponsored links in a well known search engine!). It's about £21 each return and was great as we were there so quickly. The only downfall is that we had to ring to confirm our return journey pick up time on the last day which was a real faff as we couldn't get through and spent ages dialling an engaged phone line, meaning time out of our precious holiday sunbathing hours! In the end (after an hour of trying) I rang the 'emergency' number and got it sorted that way.

Beach location restaurants Try out the restaurants along the beach - generally grill/bar. Fabulous food and service and excellent prices.

Generally about East Coast of Ibiza Don't let this put you off visiting Ibiza. The East Coast is beautiful. Fantastic, rugged coastline with plenty of bays and coves with lovely little beach restaurants. Beaches such as s'Agua Blanca near St Vicente and a trip to Formantera are out of this world. Can be pricey. Largest town is Santa E and is worth looking around. The hippy market takes place at Punta Arabi on Wednesday and there is another at Las Dalias near St Carles - both good experiences if you have not been to one before.
