Great hotel & staff

This hotel is wonderful. The hotel is in a wonderful setting & the staff can not do enough for you, always polite. We have been twice before in the summer. This time we went in the last week in October. We did not know that ibiza shut down, we were one of the last to leave the hotel but the staff were still very nice and the food was excellent. We have booked to go back in July.

We booked to go to this hotel with my parents as so many people had said it's the best! We have done 4 other Gold hotels and this is definitely the worst. The carpet on the stairs is worn and was covered in crumbs going upto the first floor was like it for 2 days - the towels were thread bare - glad I took my own. The average age was 98 although - some of the residents were friendly 80% were rude especially in the dining room. The lighting at night was terrible - take a torch, we had a meal at the A La Carte Restaurant, no lights to come back to the hotel whatsoever, there were lights there but did not work. All in all - shan't be going back only rates as a 2* to us.

So Relaxing Returning 2007

Can't fault anything really. Returning to do some of the trips out we missed. Entertainment team second to none, food first class and staff so friendly. Resort very smart, no lager louts around here.

I can see why so many people return here year after year, we will be doing the same. Good food, excellent location friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic hotel - pleasant and helpful staff and great location. Absence of children is also a great bonus.
