Hotel housekeeping poor. Stayed for two weeks, had sheets changed once. Room not cleaned properly, pool area dirty, bins overflowing, food cold in some parts of restaurant. Pools not being cleaned properly.

Brilliant fantastic
What a great place. Hotel lovely and clean though its 6 years still remember what a good time we had. Wish we had gone this year, definitely next holiday abroad this is where we are going back to.

Best Hotel in Salou
Excellent hotel, clean bedrooms and public rooms. Food excellent quality and good variety to suit all tastes. Pool clean and evening entertainment of a high standard. Have recommended this hotel to lots of friends, all agree. Best in Salou. Friendly and courteous staff from reception staff to cleaners. Ideally located with easy access to theme park and all the local bars and markets. Particularly close to a secluded cove for safe swimming for kids.
