Myself, husband, 1.5 year old daughter, mum, dad and gran all stayed here for a week in September '08. We found this hotel catered for all ages perfectly. Excellent service, reception and bar (slightly pricy but isn't everywhere now!!). Restuarant staff fantastic even with a occasionally grouchy toddler who didn't want to sit at peace and the food was lovely, good variety. The hotel is in an excellent location - literally 5 min walk to main shopping area and beach - right beside the biz but quiet if you want to bed early. Only small grumble, the pool was freezing but overall this is a fantastic hotel

My partner an I are both in our early 40s. This by far is the poorest h10 hotel I've visited. The staff were all friendly. The food was ok. We actually swapped our evening meals for lunches. Linda was actually sick after having a pizza from the pool bar. Dress code did not exsist in the restuarant, although there is a sign about dress code outside the restuarant. As for the pool, people getting to the pool by 8:30 am and they would drop ther towels on the sun beds then dissapear.

Further to our previous review, would just like to add that this hotel welcomes with open arms disabled and wheelchair users. If you are disabled or care for someone who is disabled this resort and this hotel are the best you will find.

My wife and I both in our 70s stay at this hotel regularly, it won't suit teenagers or those looking for discos etc. It will suit young families, middle aged and elderly people. Close to the long level seafront, easy walking, transport to virtually every where outside the door.A very friendly and helpful staff, nice clean rooms, a very good pool area, food typical of this type of hotel but well cooked. Several English Type Pubs nearby, the best being the Black Beauty, just across the road. On the Sea front, turn left at the fountain and try the Lunatics for a drink and watch the sun go down, Wewill be back in Sept. and also next May sorted as they say. Go and enjoy Pat and Brian

This hotel was not great. The pool was nice, needed cleaning, the staff were ok, but the food wasnt that great. As I went all-inclusive and paid lots of money for this holiday...I expected the food to be of a much better standard.. All in all, the hotel was ok, apart from the food and the cockroaches in the bath nad toilets! enjoy your hoilday.....! coz i no i didnt!!!!!!!
