JUST RETURNED 23nov Great Hotel nice and clean with good food and friendly restaurant staff not suitable for older people to go into town centre as its like going up and down the steps to Whitby Abbey! Although the taxi is only 3euros. I would not however recommend it to the under 40's unless you intend to sunbath and be very quiet! As surprisingly there are a lot of retirement plus age group who just don’t like younger people enjoying themselves! I (BEING IN MY FIFTIES MYSELF) took my 3 daughters 19,27,and34 respectively and enjoyed us by ignoring the disapproving tuts and stares from the older generation! The reps were helpful and friendly Leslie and partner (the evening entertainment) were a good laugh!!!!
