Top Local Tips for Port d'Alcudia

Eating out Me and my fiance were trying to find a traditional spanish restaurant. We found a place called Samfora which was lovely. The staff are very friendly and we enjoyed a wonderful fish paella. We ate there many times. It is only 5 mins from the hotel on the right hand side. Also El Toro is a steakhouse which was reasonably priced and has wonderful meat dishes like steaks etc. It is only about 8 mins from the hotel , you cant miss the sign for it.

transfer from airport. If you are relying on a coach transfer from the airpot this can take a long time if there are a few people being dropped off before you. We were the last to be dropped off and we ended up being on the coach for around 2 hours. TIP......................we would advise to get a taxi direct rather than a coach. It would be worthwhile.

Good restaurant Visit the Rainbow restaurant at the very end of the shopping street, away from the beach. Nice food and not just tourist traps like the rest.
