Nice Hotel...Terrible people

It will be a short review because my English is not so well...everything on Sandy beach Hotel was fine the food was good and the swimming pool was nice BUT..The people there work on the Hotel is TERRIBLE.. Uncultivated and I was very unhappy in my 14 days.. When I should go home, I asked for they will call a Taxi and the answer was NO..Incredible...I WILL NEVER RETURN ..If you want a Hotel with nice people, delicious food and a positive atmosphere...take Riu Palace Gran Canaria...Much much better
