Top Local Tips for Platja de Muro

Dont use resorthopper If at all possible use a taxi to get to the resort, we went by resorthopper which was considerably cheaper but after arriving at the airport on time we then spent 1hr 15 minutes waiting to get on a bus and we were by no means the worse case. People with young children had been waiting 2+hrs. No one came to tell us what was happening and when someone finally arrived we were moved to wait in front of the bus but it was actually another 20 minutes before the driver arrived. There were no problems once we got on our way and to be fair the return journey was without problems but we were picked up 1 hour earlier than we would have needed to be if we were going by taxi.

Shopping Check out all the Local market Days and take the Bus to same. Go all the way to Palma and shop at El Corte Englais, (return fare 11 euro, air conditioned bus, bus stop right outside Hotel ... great way to view the island)
