Firstly a smile now and again wouldn't have hurt, secondly the food was appalling never will I eat eggs or chicken again do they have trouble growing potatoes in Spain cos frozen chips it was all the time round ones, square ones, oblong ones, I didn't like them before I came certainly hate them now.

Not For The British, Avoid!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is Dutch and run for the Dutch only. We went for 10 days worst ten days of our hols, meals were disgusting and smelt rotten my six year old daughter was puking at the smell. Eggs were cooked in bolognaise sauce then the next day they were cooked in pineapple they just used up the left-overs. We had to eat out for the ten days we were there. The snacks were left out all day and were not covered!!!!! Food poisoning. These people are ignorant have no manners pushed to get past you. Witnessed peoples hands in the food, kids taking bites of biscuits and dipping biscuits back in to puddings. It came to the point that we did the same to them with exception of the food. The Dutch kids were just running riot kicking and spitting on young children a 10 year old boy was assaulted by three of them for no reason. My nephew and his friend were spat on. We went to report the Dutch boys to a man at reception and he said all kids did this no matter what nationality they were he did nothing I was raging my nephew has been brought up to know not to spit at anyone they were only out playing cards. The parents are not interested as the bar was still open!!!! The staff are ignorant as well if your not Dutch they don’t want to know. The rep was no use we complained to her about various things and we got a complaints form to fill in and she would not fill it in she just signed it. Avoid the trip with her to Barcelona we booked it, she said the bus would arrive to take us there and see the sights of the fountains bus did not turn up waited 1hour 15mins for the bus went ourselves to Barcelona on the train cost us another 12 euros we had 2 very upset and tired kids waiting to go on the trip went to see the rep in the morning and I will let you guess the rest (the air was blue) we got our money back. Met other British holiday makers and they felt the same as us they did not know there was a rep for the British until we told them. Entertainment was crap!!!! Mimed to tapes and did the same as the food what they did the first week they did the next week. Kids club never opened our kids were not approached to do anything it was only the Dutch kids. We told rep this and she did nothing also I noticed that when new Dutch people came in she had introduced herself to them in a welcome meeting that never happened with us we had to look at the notice board to see when she was in next I know people don’t like to go to them but this was a bit over the score just goes to show that we were not made to feel welcome at all they even got sangria what did the British get nothing but grief. Please take head of this review!!!!! Avoid it like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This hotel is run for Dutch visitors. If yopu are not Dutch you are made to feel very unwelcome by the staff and other Dutch guests. Dont be fooled by the all inclusive label the food is awful left to stand on trays so it is always cold. You will have to go out to purchase meals. The dutch claim the seats in the bar from around 5 pm and will tell you all seats are taken even when they are not. They have meals in shifts to keep the tables. The swimming pool area has no sun shades so you will need to go inside regularly. I have stayed many times in this area and to the only other hotel as bad as this is the Maripins in Malgrat strangly owned by the same company.
