What a Location
This hotel is small but has the best view of any hotel I have been in, overlooking Paguera Bay. Nearly all the rooms have a sea view. The all inclusive deal is great, food and drink all day, snacks included. Food is average, and dinner is not great, but the hotel overall is good value. Try it once, just for the location, everything is acceptable, but the view is stunning - believe me, I and friends have been there 3 times in the past 18 months.

Hotel is Horrible
I have travelled more then 40,000 over the world, but never did I come to a hotel this bad. There is nothing to do. The bar is open but that is it. The swimming pool is horrible, broken tiles. My daughter got rashes when I let here play in the childrens swimming pool. Then the most horrible thing that happened was that when my daughters drinking bottle fell on the floor of our down stairs neighbours. I had to go to the reception, this man told me to go buy a new bottle. I had tears in my eyes when I came home! Never go to this hotel.

Great Holiday
Have just returned after spending 9 nights at the Mary Pins hotel in Paguera and had an excellent family holiday (with 2 children aged 5 & 2). Hotel was really good, very clean, great location, nice pool area and all staff were helpful and friendly (except for 1 of the reception staff, who was very miserable - to all guests not just English). The food could have been better, but we never starved and nearly always found something to have. The resort and hotel does cater predominately for Germans but we also met families from a number of other countries and everyone was very friendly. Would definitely return to this hotel.

Completely German. Don't like the English
This hotel really caters for the germans we was told there would be entertainment twice weakly but there was nothing at all.......... our two children were very bored and dissapointed the food had no selection at all the only good thing was the sea views and how clean it was.....Paguera is lovely but we don't think any English should go to this hotel, we wont go back ever.......
