My first review was great until I needed to book a disabled friend into the hotel due to his dad having an accident in the area. The receptionist was rude and I had to wait 10 minutes before some one came to the front desk. I walk away disgusted. So thank you, Sa Punta, you have lost a good customer. This was due to the fact that they had no vacancies, but there is no need to be turned away so abruptly! Thank you, Martin
