Top Local Tips for Palma de Mallorca

watch out for the blue boxes when you park we got landed with a parking fine on the same day as landing, be careful where you park. We parked in a faded blue box area and you need to buy a ticket to display. The machines are not very visable but easy to use.We were lucky because sometimes they either clamp or tow your car away (LOL) . . i still have the parking ticket as a souvenir (LOL) . .rental cars are great - plus you can get fined for speeding but NO POINTS . . we rented via Herts and when we took the keys back at the airport reception we were told we had to give them back at the car park that was a fair walk away . . .you have been warned

Weather the weather is not very good in Palma right now and hasnt been for last 5.6weeks according to the locals. So think twice if its sun you want!

Great shopping in Palma! I was amazed, but I had a marvellous shopping experience in Palma. Normally you can visit 3 shops or even 1 and find everything you need. They are all located around the busstop of Placa Jaime III, or smth like that. Enjoy!
