Top Local Tips for Palma de Mallorca

Dont be frightened to use taxi Grab a taxi from this hotel into Palma from roadside at portside from hotel. Hotel can book for you but can be a lot more expensive than just hailing from roadside. Taxis frequent on main road on portside and very reasonable priced. Alternatively 25 min walk to Palma Cathedral/historic centre - lovely stroll.

The Majorcan Bus Service. Use them the service is far bettr than in the Uk wether you are travelling urban or island wide but don't forget there are no queues it's the survival of the fittest!!

A good, friendly restaurant. For a well priced, expertly prepared meal in Palma try a restaurant called Santa Catalina in the Santa Catalina zone of the city. Really friendly host, cosy atmosphere and some imaginative dishes to be had. Their address is: c/. Fabrica, No. 15 A - 07013 Palma de Mallorca. Tel. no. 871 94 16 04
