Top Local Tips for O Grove

Seafood festival O Grove in October Well worth the adventure! Find out when exactly the seafood festival is and go to O Grove. They put up a couple of marquees in the market place and cook and serve fantastic seafood every lunchtime and evening - Trestle tables are laid out and you basically buy tickets for whatever food and wine you want, then enjoy them with lots of locals and other Spaniards - some international people too. Good fun.Otherwise O grove could be O Grotty! Lovely seaport, mussel beds etc, but the actual town is very scruffy, full of dogs and could be so much better! If you are full of beautiful seafood and lovely Albarino wine, you dont notice!
