The most incredible restaurant! A little hard to find - ask for directions from the cathedral is your best bet. They have a beautiful bar which you access from the main reception of the hotel. It is in the old city walls with fantastic wine and very good prices. Their appears to be two restaurants. A more tapas based one off the street and then the main restaurant above the bar. It is very Spanish but delicious. The house salad for a starter is severed for a min of two people but a very dramatic affair. An extensive wine list and I would recommend anything from the local producing regons of Mula, Yelca or Jumilla. The desserts are beautiful. The prices are no more than you would expect to pay for a very good restaurant in the UK. Very friendly staff although they do not speak very much English but they do have a English menu. Definately one of the best restaurants in the area. Have eaten here twice and can't wait to go back! Their is also a casino upstairs.
