The hotel was clean. Meals were poor, not much variety. In the brochure it tells you about all the kids activites which should have been open until 30th sept. We arrived on the 12th and most things were shut. There was no show cooking, no rock climbing, no betty's kitchen. The kids club times were not advertised propely and when I did manage to go I was told that my daughter had to be over 5, which again is different to what is stated in the brochure. I think if the hotel had been in full flow with everything open, we would have had a much more pleasant stay. It felt as though everyone had already shut down for the end of season.
