The hotel was spotless, really clean. Got clean towels every day. The food was cold but there is a microwave available if you need it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kids loved it.

Clean hotel & nice staff BUT awful food
Hotel monteplayer is one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. It was really noisy at night as the mainline electric train is rite out side the hotel with a busy main road, the food in the hotel was really terrible, freezing cold, best holiday i ever had was spoiled by this disgrace of a hotel, most of the staff was ok but a couple was ignorant and very un behaved it was truly awful. To get to the beach you have to use a subway to avoid being killed on the train track or the road. I would go to malgrat again but not this hotel.
