Best family business ever stayed at

To start with: friendly voice on the telephone when inquiring for a room (Chari, owner). Friendly welcome, the whole place SMELLS CLEAN (hotel and restaurant)! Good service, freshly cooked meals with natural ingrediences; quiet and secure place; overlooking Malaga -- my room with view to the beach; fresh air as outside the city but near enough to commute by bus, though bus service should be improved -- only four times a day direct line to the center of the town -- availability of a car is a great asset. Juan (owner) and his wife Chari as well as the service staff Isabel (allround assistant) and Jose (cook) are pleasant to talk with and one can feel the care for their clientel. I will return to the hotel for sure in 2009! Also, I had the pleasure and honour to integrate into the family within one day which is extraordinary and made my stay in Malaga even more joyful. Mention should be made that Juan and Chari care for their staff's wellbeing: Sunday is rest day!! With best wishes for further success of "La Minilla" !!
