well I went with 24 of my mates and on the 1st night they tried to kick us out when we came back at 5 in the morning (clubs shut at 6) because we were a bit loud, the staff made us pay an extra 550 euros deposit just to stay (never got it back) whilst we stayed we had numerous things go missing...money ...cameras....phones. During the stay, some women were brought back to rooms we had to pay further money because we breached a fire hazard?..the hotel is situated on the outskirts of Magaluf so is a 30 min walk to BCM not too bad if you don't get mobbed by reps....all in all Magaluf is a brilliant destination don't get put off just don't go to the Don Juan.... and staff really don't like the English.

I stayed in the Don Juan a few years ago when some friends and I were having a lads holiday in Magaluf.
The hotel was always going to be a place for us to get our heads down when we were not out and about so we were not to bothered about the overall look of the place.
The hotel was very close to all the pubs and clubs; but was still far enough away that you were not kept awake by the loud music.
The hotel was also very close to all the shops and many a fast food outlet as well as being a five minute walk to the beach.
The pool area was a bit small but this made it easier to get to know people arond the hotel and there was never an issue with sun beds.
Entertainment in the hotel was a bit slim with only the occasional do on - of course this wont really matter as you are five minutes away from the night life.
We had decided to go halfboard so that we could get breakfast and dinner. Both were buffet style with the usual selection.
One thing that really stood out was the chips - chips for breakfast, chips for lunch, chips for dinner, and if they were not eaten they would re-fry them and serve then later. This really put me off.
The other issue we had was that there was three of us sharing a VERY small room. I think we would have struggled to get two in there but three was terrible.

Well all i can say about Don Juan is dont go there!!! It has got to be the worst hotel anyone can stop in. The food is barely eatable and consists of undercooked chips and minging bacon! As for the rooms, the sink was coming off the wall and the bathroom light never came on throughout our stay. Not impressed at all!

pirates night you must go to this fantastic show .. worth every penny one not to be missed
getting from the airport As there was a group of 15, we got to the hotel via 4xtaxis, but on return the we asked the hotel reception the best way to get 15 to Palma airport and we found a minibus, which was much cheaper (approx 8euros per person)
