We spent a week in the Cala Bona Sunwing Bouganvilla hotel. It is a tidy enough, nice hotel with a beautiful location by the sea with good enough restaurants and entertainment, BUT it is almost spoilt by a great amount of noisy and badly behaving Scandinavian small kids. Basically it is not the kids' fault that they are behaving badly, if only their parents would teach them good manners or else carry them away from public places! The breakfasts / lunches / dinners in the hotel restaurant were a chaos with these kids shouting, running around or lying on the floor screaming and constanly dropping spoons, forks, knives AND FOOD onto the floor. So if you prefer more sophisticated, more peaceful dining events, choose another hotel or if you stay at this hotel, do not choose the all-inclusive meal service, which otherwise was quite handy and generous, but eat elsewhere.

The hotel staff did the best they could amid the chaos. They were basically sufficiently helpful and friendly.
