i stayed at the guadalupe with my family and had a briil time.food is excellent,huge pool with lots of activities to keep anybody entertained.weather is mad hot and i would recommend this hotel to anybody.some reviews might say that there is a problem with drunks but that is simply not true.graet hotel

Dreadful

The Hotel was spotless, the staff were pleasant, the food was OK but empty trays of food were not replaced quick enough and some nights it was close to cold. We were bombarded by yobbish behaviour every afternoon, foul language, rowdy football songs and some idiot that thought he was Pavaroti would sind at top pitch from his balcony, all this was obviously brought on by drink and the only thing the management did about it was to serve them with more drink. We had to take our grand daughter to the pool at another hotel because of these yobs (not teenagers but in thier 40's+). We also started dining out because of the behaviour in the restaraunt. We would have to be desperate to go back here. We have been going to Sol Hotels for over 15 years and never been to one as bad as this one.

Staff /Food/Good/ Poolside an Issue

Our 3rd visit to this hotel where we found the value overall excellent except for one serious issue. Accommodation and staff throughout the hotel better than average and courtieous - food good with plenty variation and quality - our 2nd visit in the month of May encountered the serious issue of drunkeness and intimidating behaviour of yobs gathered around the main pool area - arrests were made on this visit - it would appear that May is the only month where the 3 day stag do's are in season - there is an area to the rear of the hotel away from the pool where it is quiet but you have to run the gauntlet when going back to the main reception area - answer is to avoid May as we will be doing in future.

Great Hotel

I am going back to this hotel for the second year running with girls. Although for some of my friends its their 3rd year running. It is close to everything, brilliant service, lovely food, very clean and the staff are helpful and friendy!!

Fantastic hotel

I have been to this hotel 3 years in a row and just love it. I'm returning this year with my boyfriend instead of the girls. The pool is massive with a great wee poolside bar, the food is great with loads to choose from, this hotel is close to everything you will ever need. If you go to this hotel you not be disappointed.
