this had to be the worst holiday I have experienced and diddo for all my friends. we were robbed the 1st night we were there. we reckon the security men did it. then when we reported it the hotel staff and security accused us of doing this ourselves and put us out of the hotel and had to pay 300 euro to pay for damage to door which was excessive. one of the secutity men took one of our bags out of the hotel and emptied it down an alleyway. we wanted to call the police and they threatened us with the green shirts whatever they are. they were very intimitating cracking knuckles etc 4 of my friends went home after 4 days the rest of us left after 7 days. 2 english guys in the room next door came home early one night and found 2 security men in the room door closed and wallets in their hands the excuse was the room had been broken into and they were looking for id.lol hotel staff new who was occupying the room. the embassy called the hotel and they said it was a prank and monies would be refunded it never was. the holiday was arranged by thompson travel. they just did not want to know and hung up on distressed parents. the reason for leaving these comments is the death of a british tourist who was beaten up in car park of the fista jungla hotel. it was only a matter of time before this happened all of our group come from respectable backgrounds and are not trouble makers. please dont go there!!!

great place, hotel staff pigs, make sure you get to the reception on time to collect you deposit back, receptionist drags it out so you have to run for the coach, kept 300 euro deposit.

Thief at the Hotel

We was in bed, heard a noise and went to the door and there was a thief trying to get to our safety box which had all our phones and money in, we seen him the next day running down the beach with a womans bag and guards chasing him, its a disgrace.

Well well wt can i say me and 6 girls went for a week in may 2009 and can honestly say we all had the time of our lives the atmosphere was amazing the people who we met wer awsum and the hotels location was fab and not 2 far 2 stumble bak frm :D . The rooms wer basic but very clean we wer onlii in a r rrom 2 get readdi an dat was it . The nightlife was absolutly fantastic you coudnt say a bad thing about anything on this holiday we will defo b bak next year 4 2 weeks of non stop partying . woudnt recomend magaluf a holiday for famils of elderly people but if your up 4 a fantastic non stop clubbin hol den magaluf and the fiesta jungla is the 1 4 u :) the reps are so helpful and make the holiday a 1 2 remember loved it all c yas next year 4 part 2 of an amazing adventure :D:P:D xXx

If you're up for a good time, then the fiesta jungla is the place to be. Me and my 3 mates wanted to change the hotel before we went because of the hotel reviews, but we are all so glad that we didn't because the Jungla is honestly amazing. First impressions however were really bad as we had to wait an hour on arrival at the hotel for our room to be ready. We got told we could leave our cases in the lugage room but it was made of glass and did not look very safe so we sat with our cases for the hour. After that slight blip at the start, I am extremely happy to say that the hotel was the best in the area. The pool was immense and the people who we met were awesome. I got robbed on the last night which put a bit of a downer on the holiday, but the hotel staff were great and helped us get into the safe as I had the safe key. All in all this was the best holiday ever and I am seriously having withdrawalsymptoms and I've only been back a day =[ magaluf is the place to be as is the fiesta jungla. If you stay there, you WILL love it.

This is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of all the entertainment and fun! Gets noisy at 5 in the morning when everyone starts getting back to their rooms but is funny to watch! Had an awesome holiday here with a friend and made loads more friends. BCM is only a 2 min walk and has wicked foam parties! I'm booking to go back next year to same hotel. 10/10 for everything!!

Nice resort, shame about the digs

Firt of all magaluf is a great place,some great bars and eating places, but if you are there for some r&r the jungla is not for you. You won't get any sleep during the night, you may have your apartment door kicked in, the saftey deposit box in your room broken into. The hotel staff seem reluctant to do anything. The location was the only plus side, so if you are going to magaluf to relax dont go to the jungla. If you do, book an appiontment with your doctor when you get back, you'll need a 2 week sick note to get over it.

Had a great time there, clean. It is what you want from a self catering hotel. Well stocked supermarket,t here bread is poor though. Give it ago you`ll love it. Emma the rep is lovely.

Fab Holiday!

A friend and I have recently got back from the Fiesta Jungla. I have to say this holiday was great!! We had read lots of bad reports and a few good reports about this hotel, therefore we didn’t know what to expect. We went self-catering for a week and took my teenage daughter. She is 18 and loved it, it is a great place to meet friends, as she did and it is very lively in Magaluf. As for sleeping, we used to get back to the hotel roughly around 3 or 4 in the morning because the nightlife was amazing!! The pirates show is a must and although Magaluf has the reputation for being mad with young people, it’s not entirely true. Both me and my friend are 45 and we enjoyed this hotel as much as my daughter. We got enough sleep that we wanted and overall, our worries and first thoughts had been proven wrong with the brilliant outcome of this holiday!!

Oh well what can I say about this apartment... cleaners are brill, we could leave thousands of empty bottles in our room and they wud b removed. If we never had our cleaner it would of been like living in a tip cuz us 4 used just sleep through the day and party on the night. Reps are funny has anything. If they weren’t there our holiday wudn't of been complete. Receptionist very useful, there is a spar over the rd where things are really cheap. We used go the 9 o’clock in a morning b4 we went 2 bed :D haha that’s how good the entertainment is here and the atmosphere... u dn't wanna blink in case u miss anything.. I would rate the hotel and the atmosphere 101% it’s fantastic...AND WHOEVER WANTS A TELLY IN THEIR ROOM NEEDS TO B SLAPT WID A WET FISH. We're booking in September for nxt may so all the over aged people who don’t want any fin don’t buk at fiesta jungle for nxt May 2008 :D:D x
