The Spotless Hotel ever !!!

We've stayed four nights the room was spotless the bathroom sophisticated and the hotel itself clean and contemporary ,the only disappointing issue was the air conditioning system it worked Ok , but too noisy
Apart from this detail I strongly reccomend this hotel it is a 4 star hotel working as a one of 5
Advise for the hotel manager: give a round of applause to the cleaners ...and a pay raise! they kept your hotel at a very high standard

Excellent accommodation and food

The hotel standard we found to be excellent and would recommend it if asked. One observation, the hotel reception staff were unaware of my internet reservation on arrival and relied on my copy of the on-line reservation details - this aspect definitely could be improved.

Top Local Tips for Madrid

Airport to hotel Take the metro - only one Euro and takes about 30mins from Airport to hotel (Sevilla station is literally around the corner) 2 Line changes but easy system to use and very clean & efficient.

Nebraska Nebraska is right around the corner. it is a cheap place to get some breakfast or a snack throughout the day.

language and food Would recommend a phrase book, we were surprised at the limited English spoken - even to order a bottle of water. Might seem obvious to you, but between the six of us, we are very, very well travelled and expected a bit more English - not saying they should, but we just expected it.
