So far I've stayed @ Best Western Arosa every time I've visited Madrid. The best thing about it is location. Breakfast is good enough, but it could have more alternatives to choose from. Kitchen offers nice snacks if you're too tired to go out. Arosa has things to improve but I recommend it as is.
