Intimate and Great Service

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 years (both in 2003 and 2004). And both times, I experienced nothing but great customer service from the staff at this boutique hotel in the heart of Madrid, Spain. The rooms are great great and extremely clean and are suitable for the business traveller or for a culture, fun filled vacation in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe! I loved it and would stay here again when I visit Madrid again. The best thing about is it that it is right by the metro/bus and great shopping and restaurants are nearby.
