Breathtaking Hotel and Excellent Service

I have recently returned from what has been a spectacular and thoroughly enjoyable vacation with my family. Although most of our time was spent unwinding by the pool or strolling along the attractive pier of Los Christianos, I still succeeded in having the most exhilarating and yet relaxing eleven days of my life. Our holiday was vastly improved by the tremendous Arona Gran hotel, with its flawless service, pleasant atmosphere and remarkably hospitable staff. I cannot emphasise how impressive this hotel truly is, it offers good value for money and at the same does not comprise in its high standards. I cannot fault any aspect of the Arona Gran hotel, with the exception of the unfortunate construction work that was taking place outside my sleeping quarters, which as one can imagine was somewhat frustrating at times; however this occurrence was unavoidable and helps to prove my point that the management team are constantly striving to develop the appearance of the building, so that it can continue to satisfy the many other guests who choose to stay in the hotel in future years. I would highly recommend this as an outstanding place of accommodation for anyone visiting the Southern region of Tenerife since I can guarantee they will not be disappointed with what they experience!

I have stayed at this hotel since 2002. I am a widower and this hotel and staff have answered all my needs.The cleanliness, friendliness and this superb hotel have fullfilled everything I desire (my standards are high) I have recommended the hotel to many of my friends who have stayed e and have returned and are again returning.I should point out that I also stayed there in 2003, 2004, 2005 when I took my son, daughter and three grandchildren. I stayed there in 2006 and I am returning in 2007 (God willing)for 4 weeks holiday accompanied by my son for one week. I cannot honestly fault this hotel at all apart from some residents who insist upon putting their towels on the sunbeds first thing in the morning.This hotel is my overseas home!

Very nice hotel

We thought the hotel was wonderful. The staff were very helpful and polite. The rooms and public areas were nice and clean and the meals were great. Also the pool area was really good. It was in a good position away from the centre of the resort. We would definitely return again.

Very nice, clean, and spacious

The hotel is very nice, clean, and spacious and some of the guests seem quite posh, the food was very good with plenty of choices there is a well equipped gym, and only a short stroll from the centre of Las Cristianos.
