Conveniently located hotel for town & harbour

Reasonable two star hotel, conveniently located near the town centre. Ask for a room on the pizzeria side away from the main road, the view will be better and it will be quieter. Limited parking is available on the streets outside, use the one way street on the Pizzeria side. No dining room, accommodation is room only. Pizzeria underneath hotel. Small supermarket a just down the road. Five to ten minutes walk to beach and harbour. Reasonably furnished room with fridge, telephone, safe (fee payable), twin beds, chair and desk. Balcony with chair, table and sliding shutters to keep out the sun. No aircon. Functional en suite with WC, bidet, shower and basin. Poor sound insulation, so hope that you have quiet neighbours. A telephone call was not answered/put through to our room before 7am, despite the claimed 24hour reception. Some English spoken. A convenient location for overnight stays en route to La Gomera. It is possible to travel by bus from the airport to Los Cristianos town centre. You can also walk to the harbour for onward ferry transport. We hired a car and travelled around the island; but I would not recommend the Andreas for a family beach holiday, just a bed for the night and go out in the day and evening.
