| 3* for B&B and only 2* for halfboard! |
| This hotel is rated as a 4* Hotel, I would rate it as a 3* for bed and breakfast only and 2* for halfboard. On a busy road, 10 minute walk to beach. Breakfast buffet OK, bacon was good, although rolls and croissants cold and not fresh. evening meal was absolutely disgusting and uneatable. Salads leftover vegetables from previous meal with added mayonnaise, no choice of meat, usually chicken or fish, or grizzly meat, they even had the nerve to serve omelets for dinner. Desert consisted of same fruit and creme brulee every evening. It seems that the food was brought in by caterers and was cold. Head waiter most unpleasant. We complained to our guide and on our last day Management gave us a glass of Sangarilla to soften us up! Only 2 small lifts (for 3 people), a long wait to the 6th floor. Use of fridge 6 Euro deposit plus 3 Euro per day, also a charge for safe deposit box. Radio did not work in room. Rooms are large and clean. Cup of coffee 1.50 Euro, at the hotel, elsewhere in Spain 1.10 Euro. We were there for 6 nights and had to eat elsewhere. This is a hotel for a one night stay stopover B & B only. The hotel pool had no privacy as it is surrounded by apartment blocks. I've been to Spain, Majorca and Ibiza several times and this hotel should certainly not be listed as a 4*. I would not recommend this hotel, there are nicer 4* hotels around the area. |
