Great hotel friendly staff
Just got back from Lloret de Mar. We stayed at the hotel Costa Encantada. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. All the staff apart from one on night reception when we checked in were friendly and helpful nothing, was too much trouble. Although we were self catering, we did have an opportunity to dine in the restaurant and found the food to be of very good quality in a buffet style. The entertainment staff worked really hard entertaining both young and old alike. Our only criticism is they need more music as we got fed up of hearing celebration by Kool and the Gang every day at 11.00. The swimming pool was brilliant complete with life guard and cleaned every day. We also liked the fact that security guards patrolled all day and night. We took two 15 year old boys with us and we only saw them at bed time they made so many friends they didn't want to come on excursions with us so that meant we could chill out. Costa Encantada
Well myself my mum and my two daughters stayed at the Encantada and all I can say was what a holiday we really enjoyed it..Lots on for the kids and no reason to leave the pool to go to the beach..Myself and my kids whom are 11 and 9 now are heading back for a wk at end of August.

This was the best hoilday of my life!!!!!!
This was the best hotel that I've ever been to the accommodation was great completely spotless and I loved the pool it was amazing bit cold but hey it did cool you down the staff was incredible and the reps were so helpful the arcade was the main hangout spot for us "kids" but me an my cousins love it we met allot of new friends there and I loved getting up at the end of the nite with all of them and dancing to the really funny songs the reps had on for the younger ones lke cartoon heroes lol dats my favourite one I loved this place and I would love to go back this year however I would have 2 c if I have the money first lol but otherwise you'll c me there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a guy!
well there was 14 of us on this holiday and the highlight must have been when me and phil finally kissed! He is the man!! The hotel is amazing and the reps are terrific! (phil, tee, jen, sam, matt . . .luv ya all) if you want a great holiday, go to the Costa Encantada, you will not regret it xx
