Great staff, shame about the hotel

The hotel staff were great, but the hotel its self was rubbish. Need some entertainment and more things for the kids to do. The food is nothing special, ended up eating out all the time as it was not very nice at all. There was not much choice and not many deserts for kids to choose from.
