We were not expecting much for the price we paid,the rooms are not great but clean with maid service every day. No air con - we just opened all the windows. Its location is great two minutes to beach 10 mins to main strip. The hotel is in a lovely cobbled street with bars cafes shops ect. The breakfast was continental, but it was ok,the staff were very friendly. It wasn't noisy, but the hotel had just opened so there wasnt many guests there. All in all, good value for money.
