We have been visiting the Lan Prin for almost 15years and returning about every two years. We have seen somw changes over the years but none that would spoil the atmosphere. The service is always excellant as will as the attitude of the staff(many have been there for a long time) which is reassuring as a frequent visitor! Food has always been of excellant quality and selection although the service can vary from good to excellant.We agree with the other comments about the Bedrooms and the suites---they need to be refurbished especially for the price paid! However we also remember the good quality evening entertainment.2005 was the best yet! We would like to see some more late night live music as used to happen! The Piano Bar is always welcoming and the Music there is always relaxing. We are looking forward to returning in May 2007.

I went to the Lanzarote Princess when it first opened, it was excellent. I returned October, 2004 and it was still excellent although the bedrooms could do with refurbishing. The view from our room was first class we had a pool and sea view.The bar staff were brilliant, loved the happy hour. Food was first class, we could not fault it. Well done, keep up the good work. We are returning again in October, 2005.

Bed and breakfast If you can get bed and breakfast go for it there are plenty of eating places within walking distance
What to see Timanfaya National Park is worth a visit. €8 to get in per person and this includes a half hour coach journey around the park. Geysers are great to watch. The Mirador El Rio viewpoint at the far end of the island has some great views and you get a free drink in the entry price. The Caves are worth a visit too.
