Poor service & little English spoken

The hotel is a 2 - 3 star at best. It is a centre for mainly spanish toutists. Little english is spoken and the attitude to british tourists is very poor. The rooms are very basic and don´t have the necessary information relating to use of telephone, rsetaurants, room service etc. The swimming pool area is a plus point and access to the beach is easy and quick. Food is OK (cafeteria style) but doesn´t convey typical spanish food.
