Everything fine, but.........

I stayed here last year with my daughter, Sylvia and everything was excellent. We now live here in Jaen and my daughter is staying with you again this week-end. She booked the room and had confirmation, only to have the fright of her life when she arrived that the booking had been cancelled. Although this was sorted, it rather embrassing when going with a friend. This is not a good way to start a relaxing week-end. I quite disappointed. Denise Brookbank
