Top Local Tips for Sitges

Save money The train from Barcelona Airport is so cheap and most hotels are easilt walked to from Sitges Station - dont waste money on taxi frm the airport.ps Train may currently be a shuttle that you have to change at Prat de Llobregat - but ask at the station in the airport they are helpful and its so quick and easy

Don't drive into the old town Leave your car in a multi-storey outside the old town - it is a maze of narrow streets, many one way and some pedestrianised. It took us 15 minutes to get back to where we started. Use one of the mutli-storeys round the edge of the old town unless you have a guaranteed parking place at your hotel.

Have a Siesta A new experience to us was the art of Siesta, it's the ONLY way to get through your day/night. The bars and nightlife can be very busy as well as pretentious, (but that's just Sitges) and if you don't have a nap in the afternoon you'll soon struggle to make it through the night.
