On arrival at hotel it looks fab......hotel staff rude unhelpful,.......rooms need TLC but clean .the pool area is dirtiest I've ever came across. Needs a good scrub with bleach, not cold water and a broken brush and then put into pool were the guests have to bath. Staff are rude at pool bar, food is rank in dinning area. Lights switched off @ 12; o' clock and basically told too g..t..f..k was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. I'm sure if I had stayed for 14 nights I would have started walking home.

The hotel is nothing to look at so expect alot. The rooms are purely functional air conditioning is fine when it works. Food is ok you must like chips. The hotels alot for the Spanish they do not understand English too well so persevere. All in all we would not go back there again.

Top Local Tips for Salou

Clubs Chaplins, Snoepys and Kiss were THE places to be for teenagers! Kiss and Chaplins played English music, and Snoepys played Spanish dance. A great holiday!

lock it up! get a safe lock everything inside it and make sure all doors lock regardless of how high up the room is!!!!
