On the evening of 30th August I had to restrain the 2nd head waiter from attacking a guest who was on his first days holiday. The matter was reported to Ast Manager the next day. Great jacuzzi, great food and drink, very clean and impecably maintained but violence from staff? Unacceptable under any circumstance! We will never ever return to this hotel.

This really is a great place to stay, located around the beach, the local village and only a bus ride away from the waterpark! The bartenders and waitresses are really helpful and friendly and make you feel totally relaxed and comfortable, the maids do a reaaly good job and change sheets and towels daily, my balcony had a great view of the sea, and the food for all inclusive was very nice, is has a jacuzzi area for over eighteens and that looks down on the best part of Salou! Once more i would like to say how great the bartenders and waitresses were to me, and will be to you!

We (Beryl-Jane, Antonita y Pepi) couldn't believe all of the bad reviews the Molinos Park Hotel had been given on some of the other sites, so we decided to put it straight.
The rooms were clean and the bed sheets were changed every day, so there was nothing to be worried about there.
The bar staff were always happy to help and although they worked long hours they were always smiling.
The Entertainment was good but there wasn't much for the teenagers (Antonita y Pepi) also one of the Entertainers (M.J) was not very polite to us (Beryl-Jane, Antonita y Pepi) and our family.
We only have one major complaint, it is about one of the bar-staff (Jimmy*) who tried it on with both Antonita & Pepi and then, because we (Antonita y Pepi) refused, he resolved to calling Antonita "Fatty"!!!!
Anyways we (Beryl-Jane, Antonita y Pepi) would like to say "Hola para Jose, Alfonso, Paco (Miguel jejeje tu nombre Miguel :p), Diego, Pedro, Juanflour, Sebas, Rafa y Johnathon."

Thank god I didn't read any reviews until after I'd booked this hotel/holiday!!

The food was always hot with signs to let you know what type of meat you were eating! The snacks got a bit repetitive (and I feared they used the same sausages for snacktimes as breakfast just reheated as my partner came down with a dodgy tum on the last day whereas I didn't) but it was nice to be able to get something to eat whenever you felt hungry, which in the 35 degree heat was a godsend!

The bar staff and restaurant staff were all very helpful and tried to speak english as much as possible (although many guests seemed to take great pleasure in making fun of them which annoyed me!)

Our room was on the 5th floor over looking the mediterranian - I have never had such beautiful views from a hotel room! The rooms were basic but clean and ample enough for the two of us, although would be crowded if any more were staying there! We didn't hear any noise from next door, the only problem with noise we had was from drunk guests screaming at each other on a couple of the nights! The only fault we did have with the room is that the air conditioning wasn't much use at all really, and it was overrun with ants which would gather wherever we left ANYTHING(including empty drink glasses) remotely edible - so take ant bait!!

We didn't use the main pool as it was overrun with children and so escaped up to the jacuzzi area instead - this was a very nice feature of the hotel and there were ample amount of sunloungers up there (the only downside I had with the pool up here was that the water smelt of sweaty feet and tasted a bit funky :P)

The entertainment was terrible - enough said!

Overall, I would recommend this hotel to any party for the price, although we did spend quite a few days at Port Aventura (we got a week pass) and so did not spend all of our time in the hotel - it was a good base for us to use as it was far enough away from the main shopping area of Salou but close enough to Port Aventura to catch the local bus!

Go and see for yourself - Don't knock it until you've tried it!!

On arrivel i was quite optimistic as we had dropped others off at worse hotels on the way! The room was basic, no fridge which would be very helpful for a cool drink in the mornings. Decided to test the food that evening and was pretty disgusted and i aint a fussy eater! i eat anything but the only edible thing was chips with gravy and a bit of fish. Lunch aint 2 good either, hard burgers and chips. Breakfast was rotten-eggs didnt even look cooked and everything was gross! Toast would have been suitable but toaster took about 15 minutes or more! and broke. No music or atmosphere at the pool and paper thin walls in the rooms. We had to listen to the people next door, their antics were so clear through the walls: arguing, crying, kicking walls, throwing things but worst of all we then had to listen to them making up!! We decided to have dinner in salou town every night and came back for the free drink. Entertainment was crap: some baldy dude and odd girl. I did have a good time coz we had such a laugh taking the **** out of the hotel! and the bar man diego was so nice and friendly. Believe me when I say I AM DEF NOT BEIN FUSSY, it is just not a good hotel.

The staff were really kind and helpful, the food was fabulous, lots of stuff u can do around shops and you can visit the theme park of barcelona football stadium. The worst bit is leaving, u really dont want to go home!

Never sent a review in my life, but after reading some of the negative reviews of the Molinos Park I thought I had to have some input. Firstly, forget the complainers, thats all they ever do. If you're like us with 2 kids and are out for a good time and to make the most of your holiday, then don't hesitate to book up. I thought the food was excellent, as well as the staff and hygiene. The pool was a perfect size and the outdoor jacuzzis and bar on the 4th floor [adults only] was a perfect getaway for couples.

The walls where paper thin and you where able 2 hear neighbours conversations etc. Food poor as was the choice. Staff where useless. The pool was freezing. The entertainment was very good though the nearby theme park was excellent.

Good holiday, hotel clean, well run, staff very friendly, food and drink good with plenty of choices available. 30 minutes walk from centre of Salou although buses run every 20 minutes to nearby resorts all day. No complaints, good value for cheap all inclusive holiday.

Top Local Tips for Salou

Sunday stroll All of Salou is on the beach or strolling along the front on Sundays. There is volleyball, football, and plenty to do and see. Public transport is good, and there are loads of reasonably priced bars down the side streets for a welcome cold drink on the way.

port aventura Purchase you tickets for port aventura before you go, it works out alot cheaper. WE got a 7 day pass for the price of 3 from teletextickets for £39. which ment we could go every day of our holiday if we wanted.

Dining Eat out the food is CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!
