Very nice place to stay

The hotel was very clean, and the room was spotless. The maid came when we were out every day, clean towel were avalable anytime and when we asked for extra pillow it was no trouble and in the room when we returned. The staff all round the hotel were very helpful and pleasent. Dinning room clean and plenty of choices of food. Hotel very central within easy access to everything you need in Salou. Recommend this hotel for value.

My family stayed in the Europa and were delighted. The staff we extremely considerate and friendly, always a smile and a joke. Some of my family are 'fussy' eaters and even they were loving the extensive range of foods that catered for various nations - I especially enjoyed watching the chef making fresh pancakes - unfortunately this was not every morning but he was always there creating something fresh, this was also the case at dinner.
The rooms were extemely clean and the maid service always helpful.
The two hotel entertainers were exceedingly patient but not patronising with children and adults alike, they worked incredibly hard at keeping everyone happy with various games - shooting, darts, bingo...
All in all it was a wonderful place which we are hoping to visit again.
P.S. The pools are cold but enjoyable and it was my first time in a jaccuzzi so I think my opion is slightly biased as I now want one from santa - it was however extremely cold initially, once you took the plunge and got in over your shoulders it was fantastic! THIS HOTEL IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The service was great the hotel was clean, and the entertainment was good even for the children, there was a children's daisy club. Great value. Would be going back again.

Would recommend this for anyone only downfall was the entertainment but there's plenty going on outside. I would definitely go back. Food, rooms, pool, and all very clean.

I have 6 children and they were kept occupied all week. Food was fantastic although they could put more on for kids. Ataff were also great

Top Local Tips for Salou

Use buses to travel to Portaventura as they drop you right outside entrance Arrive early & eat around 1pm as most people seem to eat around 3pm and most of the queues for rides are a lot shorter or non existant at this time. Some of the smaller rides for children will actually let them ride unitl they want to get off if there are no queues waiting to ride .

blue train for a great way to see salou take a trip on the blue train it takes you all over salou into cambrills up to theme & water parks into cap salou for only 3 euros & kids under 5 travel free its about 1&half hour trip all round but you can get off at any time as there are train stops out side all the hotels & along the beach its great.

go to the titanic the titanic is just off the salou roundabout , it caters for children as it has a kids areas which has pool tables , amusements etc....it serves great meals and i think puts on the bets shows in salou..if u like bingo the price money is amazing.
