My wife and I came to Oasis Park Hotel with a group of 50 people for 5 days. The food in the dining room (breakfast and dinner) was buffet style with a large variety of very tasty foods for dinner. Breakfast was also good but more limited in terms of selection (since I don't eat ham and pork). There was only one type of yellow cheese. Fruit yogurts were also missing but there was plain yogurt.

Our complaints were more directed to the rooms and service in the hotel. In the center of each floor there are four rooms that are that are considerably smaller than the other available rooms (# 473 and 474 on our floor). This is mainly noticed in the bathroom where there is a very tiny shower with a vinyl curtain instead of a bathtub (as in the other rooms). The bathroom itself was miniature and difficult to maneuver inside. So try not to get these rooms for a more pleasant stay. Several items that we consider standard in other 4 star European hotels have to be paid for separately here (room safe, small refrigerator, clothing iron). Twice we came back to the room at the end of a long day of touring to find the beds made but that there was no shampoo. One time we asked for an extra towel and were given a hard time about this as well. The outdoor pool was nice and there was some form of entertainment each evening. The staff was OK, even though in general they weren't overly friendly.
One time we took public transportation to Barcelona. The bus to Blanes which comes approximately every 20 minutes was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. From there it was about another 20 minutes to the train station at Blanes. The train ride was very pleasant and took about an hour and 15 minutes. Overall we were pleased, but with the above info there will be less reasons for disappointments or surprises.

The hotel was very clean, rooms cleaned daily and bedding changed regulary. Excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was emaculatly presented both inside and out the two pools where very clean and well maintained.The gardens where lovely and litter free.The pools had a life guard to whatch over them. The actvities for both children and adults are very good well worth a go. The food is buffet style we found it good with a veriety of different foods every day no problems what so ever we stayed for 11 days and ever meal was enjoyable, the bar prices are reasonable cheaper than going out to local bars. The night time entertainment could have been better but saying that we did have a good few night in the hotel it was good fun. All in all an excellent holiday, good hotel, good rates we would recomend a stay here.

Barcelona Nou Camp If doing a tour of Barclona the tour does not stop at the football stadium so if you wish to visit the stadium it is easy to get to. Get a bus to Blanes train station, get train to Barcelona Sants station then get metro to Collblanc where Nou Camp is based.
