Good hotel - were a little shocked to find that us honeymooners were given separate beds - but we pushed them together! Room was very clean and comfortable, loads of storage space, fair size, nicely decorated. Food excellent. Staff friendly. Great air conditioning. Lively town and very noisy but the double glazing doors were virtually sound proof. Good entertainment in hotel. Pool area slightly too small for such a large hotel and there was a fight to get a sunbed! But most of the time you could get one - people weren't supposed to reserve them but they did (very naughty!) We would recommend. Town very lively, loads of clubs and bars straight outside the hotel. We got no special treatment for being on honeymoon so don't go expecting flowers and champagne on the house it didn't happen!

What a wonderful outstanding hotel! I just flew back into Manchester today and I was gutted, I want to live there! haha the hotel is absolutely fantastic! From the food to the entertainment everything is spot on! What a fantastic place to stay!

Fantastic Hotel

I have just come back from 6 nights full board at the Hotel Orange and I can honestly say this is an absolutely fantastic hotel.
Before I went I was a little worried about late night noise from the bars opposite and people on the street. I need not have worried once the balcony doors are closed you can not hear a thing from out side. The air con system is great in fact it was too cold on the first night I had to turn it up.
The food is great, I am a fussy eater but there was always plenty of choice in every sitting even for a fussy eater like myself.
I didn't go to the pool, there are free sunbeds but as like other hotels these are taken very early in the morning.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the staff are friendly and helpfull.
My only slight complaint is that the walls are thin and you can easily hear people in the room next door.
This would not stop me from staying again in the hotel and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

My husband and I had never been to Benidorm, took my mother in law for a treat as she likes Benidorm. (Just for the week. Monday 19th June to Friday 23rd)

Once you get over how built up it is and that it seems a bit like Blackpool with sunshine, we were pleasantly surprised.

We enjoyed our stay at the Orange. The staff were helpfull and very friendly. Was very clean and overall the food was nice with quite a good choice.

We though the beach and promenade was lovely and enoyed our strolls. The streets get very littered in the evenings but they all appeared to be hosed down and cleaned each morning.

It is very noisy along the side streets and even with the balcony doors shut it doesn't drown out the noise of all the young revellers which goes on until the early hours.


Beware, the walls in the hotel are thin, but then most are.


We didn't stay in the hotel for entertainment and went out instead. Enjoyed our night out at The Churchill pub and the Wheeltappers and Shunters opposite, great comedians.

Will definately go back and would stay at the Orange again.

we had a problem as soon as we arrived, we had to wait for well over an hour to be given our rooms as they were still being cleaned, when we did get into our room i was very dissapointed to see how small it was, there were three of us in my room, my partner, myself and our seven year old daughter, there were two single beds and one camp bed and they were pushed so close you couldnt walk between them, i went to complain and was told that there was nothing they could do untill the middle of the following week, and then if we moved we would be floors above the rest of our party, on the first evening on getting out of the shower i cut my foot open on broken glass that had not been cleaned from the room from the last people there, and on looking further we found glass all over the place, on letting the rec know of it it took another two days and many complaints to get the room cleaned properly,the rest of the hotel was stunning, and spotless, the staff very nice, and the entertainment was quite good also, but as this hotel is in the middle of all the nightlife there was always somewhere to go, but we did tend to come back to the hotel later as we had a young child with us, all the staff made a fuss of her which she loved, the food was not as far as i was concerned very good, and there was no menu at all for children, they had to have the same as the adults which created a problem as the menu wasnt varied, and you try giving a seven year old veal, and things like monk fish, we tended to eat out even though we had paid to go full board, also if your a late sleeper then this hotel is out, as the cleaning staff are about from eight and even if you put a do not disturb sign on your door there is so much noise in the corridors and the next rooms you wont be able to sleep through it, in fact the wall are so thin you can hear the people in the next rooms going to the loo, so be warned, would i go back there again, i think i would at a push, but i would not go full board and i would take ear plugs.

We live in Spain now, but we were attending a seminar in Benidorm, so we stayed at this Hotel for a long week end.
When we arrived I asked the receptionist to recommend the best room available for us and we got it! Lovely view of the pool on the ground floor. Amazingly clean everywhere....get up before 8 am and see how it all happens. The cleaners were even dusting the artificial flowers!! ....everyone is working hard to get things ready before the day starts.
Restaurant cannot be faulted, immaculate, and lovely food....plenty of selection for every palate. Friendly staff everywhere, nothing a problem. The room had a heating system that was silent and the temperature was always just perfect.
We have stayed in about 6 different hotels in Benidorm and this was definitely the best...great value for money. We will be back there at some stage....great!!

well where do i start this hotel was emaculately clean food was gorgeous plenty of choice for everyone. it is situated right at the heart of all that happens in benidorm if i ever go back to benidorm this is definetly where i will be staying you cannot beat it 3star rating is not a good enough rating for this hotel. recommend it to anyone of all ages

this hotel has smaller than average rooms and cleaning of room was not up to the standard we expected, having stayed in other hotels in benidorm,bath room is small and awkwardly shaped, noise from other bathrooms travels through the vents in the shower area, I have heard complaints of sewage smell from other guests,walls thin noise from other rooms at all hours.if you can specify try to get a room with a pool view they are on the better side of the hotel avoid the ground floor rear rooms these look straight into the laundry- yes thats the room we stayed in! food very good, position of hotel very good, on level close to all clubs,levante beach etc.average age of guests in October is about 65 reception speak fluent english, for car hire use centurauto, book direct with office at rincon de loix end of levante beach would we stay at this hotel again- No.

A Good Choice

We went to the Orange Hotel in October this year on the strength of reviews on Trip Advisor - we weren't disappointed. We had rooms with pool view which overlooked the main disco area and enjoyed the music on the balcony in the evenings. However once the balcony door was closed it was surprisingly quiet! The food was good - something for everyone and the rooms were exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The hotel is well situated - not far from the beach, the shops and the night life. Pool was a bit cold but once in you got acclimatised!! Have stayed in a sister hotel (The Diplomatic - 4 star) both are very good. Would recommend the Orange Hotel for a good holiday. Value for money.

Well what can i say apart from Excellent. This was my third stay at Hotel Orange and as usual i loved every minute of it. It is located in the centre of all the pubs and bars. Only about 5 minutes walk to the beach and the shops. All the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. The food is First class and the restaurants was spotless. It is a hotel to suit the young and the old. I loved the new sanctuary where they put on all the entertainment and there was 2 different acts on a night. As soon as i arrived home i went and booked again for next year. Thank you Hotel Orange for once again giving me a great Holiday. See you next year.

We have stayed in Benidorm a few times before and have always promised ourselves that we would have a treat and stay at the 'Orange', because it's in a prominent place for the night life and looks great from the outside. So, this year (05) we did it and boy was it worth it! The food is absoloutley fantastic; if it should be served cold it was and if it should be served hot it was HOT, not like warm!. I am a very fussy eater but i put weight on because the food was so great. On our first night we even had Yorkshire puds., we're from Yorks and they were good. The room cleaning was excellent and so was the air con! This hotel cannot be faulted in anyway and we recommend anyone to go there as we will be doing again. WELL DONE HOTEL ORANGE1

On arrival at the Hotel orange, The hotel seemed to be in the middle of the noisiest place on earth, but once you get into the hotel its a different story, friendly welcoming staff sorting us out straight away. The rooms are well maintained, fully air conditioned and double glazed so non of the outer life comes into your room, The food is first class, excellent presentation and best of all a great selection as long as you are willing to try new things not just chips and burgers. The hotel is in a great area for the young and old, hundreds of pubs with different sorts of entertainment to what you prefer. I would reccomend seeing "Wesley phillips" and "albi senior" both are great entertainers going round the local pubs, a great Hotel

Top Local Tips for Benidorm

Benidorm Overall There are so many things I could tell you about Benidorm as I have been 7 times! Obviously by me telling you that you probably guess that I do love it there!! Where do I start?! There is the waterpark, mundomar, terra natura, terra mitica, benidorm palace! Which are all great attractions. One tip though..do not attempt to walk to any of these they are not as close as the seem.. trust me I know, I walked to the Waterpark.. never again! I would definately recommend Terra Natura for families! It is a really good day out.. you look at all the animals and then when you need to cool down there is a marine and a waterpark all in the same place.. if you want to use the waterpark you need to say when you buy your tickets cos otherwise you will have to pay extra when you get to the waterpark as it isnt all in the with the price. Only 6 euro each though!

april beginning of may gets very busy go up to the end of april for middle aged holiday makers starts getting busy may and u get lots of stag and hen parties. we found all the clubs around very good with there live shows. really good holiday
