Four of us stayed for four nights full board,we absolutely loved the hotel the staff and the service.We would love to keep going back for short breaks etc but have found it impossible to get a RH regular visitor Discount Card that is advertised on the internet.I have recommended the hotel to all my friends.

Everything about the hotel was excellent, with two exceptions. The same duo three times a week? Boring. Forgetting a booked alarm call for 5,30.am on the day of departure, had we not had our own alar clock,as back up, we would have missed our Resort Hopper, and probably flight. Excuse at reception, phone line to our room not working!!!

Located just a short walk from the centre of the old town, the princesa is an excellent 4 star hotel. The food was very good and the staff very helpful. We had to cut short our independantly booked holiday because of a crisis in England and the staff rang the airport to change flights and arranged transport. An excellent hotel with staff to match.

We spent last Christmas in Benidorm and everything was perfect there. The hotel was in the centre was into a quiet area. So we decided when we wanted to rest or not.

Lovely hotel and staff very friendly especially bar staff. Rooms were changed every day and clean meals were lovely. I would stay there again.

Probably the best tapas bar in the world! If you go to Benidorm and you´d like to try a wide selection of tapas, then head towards the Old town and visit "La Cava Aragonesa", they have the best selection of freshly cooked tapas. You won´t be disappointed!
