I had read the reviews of everyone before I left to stay in this hotel, and thought OMG what have I let myself in for. Well to some it up, I guess everyone who has rated this hotel, must be comparing it to a 4 or 5 star hotel,(It's only a 2 star) The staff were friendly and polite, even though their English wasn't brilliant, they were easy enough to communicate with. As for the food, my little boy who is 3 yrs old, is extremely fussy eater had no problems with the food that they supplied, and there was a good range of different foods to choose from. The bar was open at the times it stated. Never once was it closed when it was supposed to open. The entertainment on a night was fun for all ages. It was a clean and tidy hotel, and if I go back to Benidorm, I will stay at the Brasil again. It's not that hard to find, and its only 5-10 min walk to the beach. It's in walking distance of all necessary shops and bus stops for travel. It's a nice hotel to stay in !!!!, not a bad word from me about the place.....june 2008
Definitely Not What We Expected

This hotel was really difficult to find, even the local hoteliers couldn't direct us to it. Parking was a nightmare due to a one way system and all spaces being reserved for the police station across the road from the hotel. The hotel room was clean but very basic, the air conditioning didn't work and when we tried to complain at reception they didn't speak English. The food was edible but extremely repetitive and not suitable for children. Drinks weren't supplied on full board accommodation and you weren't allowed to bring your own drinks into the restaurant. Although Sky tv was suppose to be available we were only able to access spanish speaking channels in our room. The other guests at the hotel didn't speak English. We spent most of our time out of the hotel because it was unbearable. We would never go back to this part of Benidorm again and certainly wouldn't stay in this hotel again.
Avoid unless you speak Spanish

This holiday was booked for myself (Single male aged 47) and my mother (Single female aged 75). We were switched to this hotel after getting to our original hotel. The rooms were basic. The bar shut early and was not open early evenings. Does not cater for English speakers (We were the only ones there). The meals whilst edible, were unexciting and repetive.
The pool area has no shade and does not have any sun-loungers or parasols as it is so small there is no room for them. Also the shallowest part of the pool is about 4 ft deep so not suitable for young children.
There is only one lift in the hotel which broke down whilst we were there and it also does not go down as far as restaurant level.
Car parking in the area is a nightmare unless you are willing to pay 10 Euros a night for the pay car park 100 metres down the road. If you are driving be aware that this hitel is in the middle of the old town's one way system and quite awkward to get to, and that you cannot pull up outside of the doors as this is blocked off for police access only (The police station is opposite).
