Stayed for 2 weeks at the beginning of December - our second time in this hotel. The rooms are well proportioned and very clean,and the staff are pleasant and courteous.
The hotel is well situated on the edge of the old town and a short walk to Playa Levante.
The food had improved from last year with a cook manning the grill to cook fresh meat.
The hotel caters for British and Spanish and many of the guests return year after year and have got to know each other.

If you want to mix with the locals then I would recommend the Hotel Victoria. If you want "Little Britain" the better to look elsewhere.

We stayed at this hotel last year for new year. What a fantastic hotel, the gala dinner was fabulous. The hotel staff were very pleasant, however, be prepared to wait for the lifts. The hotel entertainment was geared towards the spanish but hey we were in Spain but the hotel is close enough to stroll into old benidorm or new benidorm. I would definately recommend this hotel and we will be returning this New Year.

Top Local Tips for Benidorm

terra mitica the terra mitica theme park may not be up to "disney"standards but is still a good day out and will keep the kids entertained . don't pay full price though as many bars will have discount vouchers available .it's ony one euro to get there from benidorm (bus 21 or 22).The park closes for the winter early november though !

Dining in Benidorm. Try some of the restaurants around the town, especially the ones that the locals go to and where the menus are in Spanish, not English.

Blue buses Take the local service buses, particularly no 10 to Altea , and 12 to the Commercial Centre and Finnestrat....they only cost 1 Euro 20 each way for journeys of any distance.....brilliant value.
