we stayed at the cabrils hotel formerly princess and had a nightmare we requested a disabled room no such thing but wasn't told till we arrived the food was nearly always cold i complaind to the head waiter he said the heaters under the food were not working right and they would fix but same every day you have to queue for eggs every day we stayed at the same hotel 6 years ago it was the works i spoke to the waiters who i recognised they said it had gone from being the best in salou and cambrils to the worst in 1 season it was taken over by another hotel chain in spring they had sacked a lot off the spanish waiters and chefs to be replaiced with boat people and eastern europeans (cheap labour )none off which spoke spanish never mind english there are a lot of mosquitos around the bar area at night the best thing about the hotel is the reception staff who were very helpful we returned to the hotel because it was so good the last time but my wife was much more able bodied but anyone wh...
