Great location and staff very helpful. Room spacious but a little too dark i.e furnishings and wood. Excellent value for money. Lovely tapa bars inc Bilbao Cafe in Plaza Neuva (also Victor Restaurante in same vicinity). Restaurant to avoid at all costs is Zuma around corner from *cold alaska" which is just down from Carlton on right side. Food was cold and bad, service terrible and not cheap! Apart from rain this was the only negative we encountered. Service and friendliness every else.
