Good Quality at a Good Price
I stayed at the Sol Ocas in Benidorm at the end of December 2007 and I've got to say that after 11 or 12 visits to Benidorm in the past, this hotel was right up there with the best of them. It is definitely the best 3 Star one that I've stopped in. The reception staff, maids and restaurant staff were helpful and pleasant and the hotel and room decor was spotless. Just a couple of points though.... a) There is no Tea or Coffee making facilities in the rooms and b) If you are English then you have a choice of just 1 TV Channel (CNN News) !! Bearing in mind that over 50% of people visiting Benidorm are from the UK, then this could do to be addressed by the hotel. All in all though it was very, very good.
