Absolutely loved it! The staff are amazing., especially Zahid and the guy. The staff always smile and talk and you can really enjoy yourself, enjoyed the meals and I am a very picky eater, but it was so nice. The deserts were YUM...and I will definitely be going there again. How could I not? I just hope they remain with the same staff and keep the lively, exciting atmosphere and everyone else will enjoy it just like I did.

We have been going to the Rio for about 8 years. Every year there is improvement where you least expect it. We usually go at least twice a year and sometimes three times. Everyone is very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. All the staff speak very good English. The food is excellent and a very wide choice. The bedrooms are spotless and well furnished. Looking forward to going again next week.

I went to this hotel with my fiancee and his mam and dad. I've been to benidrom before but never to the rio park I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's lovely, clean, staff are very friendly. It's got an English speaking staff bar very cheap and brill entertainment. Well done to Thompsons for being there at the hotel every day in case u have a problem going in May can't wait love nicola xxxxxx

I stayed a Rio Park for 1 week in 2006 and I am glad to say it was perfect. It was near the town and the beach and there was a huge choice of food so try Rio Park. You won't reget it. from the warren family

We've stayed at the Rio Park both as a couple before our daughter was born and as a family since she came along. What a hotel!! It is simply the best. My wife is a fussy eater but always enjoys the meals at the hotel as there is absolutely loads each day to choose from. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff are just brilliant and helpful. You will not be disappointed with your stay at the Rio Park.

We 1st visited Rio park 1990, our 1st time in Benidorm. We've been back at least once every year since, not always too Rio park but that’s what sold Benidorm too us! It’s brilliant, suits all ages. We've stayed at 4 star hotels that are not as good as Rio, honest! Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

I loved every minute of Rio Park. I went on the 31st of October and come back today I didn’t want to leave the staff were excellent they made you laugh all the time especially with their staff shows they are the best hehe! I made loads of friends and can get along with anybody. The atmosphere was great there was always something for you to do. The food was good too with a wide variety or different things. The hotel was always clean and tidy. I wish I was still at Rio Park missing you all lol xxxx

As always we had the most wonderful holiday. Rooms always clean, lots of choice in the restaurant and the staff shows were hilarious. Not only that but the location idea for everything.

Rio Park is the Best!!!!!!

I recently stayed here with my parents and I have to say it's been the best hotel. The staff are all great and really go out of their way to make sure that your every need is taken care of. If you do get the chance to stay at the Rio Park then you won't be disappointd at all. The rooms are proper nice & the TV even showed channels from the UK! I slept on the sofa bed and it was comfy. Our room was cleaned every day and was left spotless. Our balcony had a table and 2 chairs, a washing line and pegs. The air-con in our room was great and really cooled us down! The food was spot on, something for everyone too even veggies - which is unusual as you usually have to pre book veggie meals. They also put up a menu after breakfast for the evening meal, so you can decide if you want to eat in the hotel or go elsewhere. The bars also do snacks all day, all the staff seem to really love working at the Rio Park and they always had a smile on their faces. We went to the karaoke (Thurs night) and everyone really enjoyed it. Jose really was enthusiastic and an ideal host. As for the pool, that was mint!!!!! Iloved it, didn't really get that busy either as it's in 3 depths, I didn't go in the deep pool, just stayed in the middle one. So if you want a fab hotel then the Rio Park is the place to stay. We've found our favourite hotel now and we're booking again next year!
