I have just returned home and while my memories are fresh I would like to say I found the hotel without fault. The price was very reasonable service, staff, room and food all excallent and walking around in shirt sleeves in Nov-Dec wonderful.
Thank Hotel Regente I will return again.

Just got back from staying at Regente with the hubby and kids, got to say i was impressed at how clean it was kept. First time I've been away and actually seen a pool cleaner. looking forward to booking up again for next year. the only thing that let it down was some nights really naff entertainment.

Came back from the Regente in July never been to Benidorm before. The hotel was fantastic, all staff were helpful and the food was lovely great for the kids. Already booked for next year in July.

I have returned from Benidorm today after a 14 night stay at The Regente. My friend and I had booked single rooms and expected a small room but were delighted to find we had been allocated a twin bedded room each. Although fairly basic, they were fine. We did request a view, which not perfect did look out on to the mountains, as well as other apartments. The rooms were cleaned regularly by a very pleasant lady, to a good standard. The pool, is not very large and quite a lot of children were on holiday so it was over run with them, even though it was in term time. The hotel is clean, pleasant and cool. The Restaurant, is clean and the chef is always in and out to check the food. Like a lot of hotel food it is much the same each day, and after a few days we got a bit sick of it. My only real complaint about the restaurant would be real English Bacon please!! Most of the staff were friendly, particularly Francisco and the Security Guard on night duty. All in all a very enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

I went on holiday with my family and now I cant wait to go again in April and in thee summer I am hoping to move and live out in Spain thanks Regente and I cant put into words what its like but all I can say is try it, you will love it and you will move there.

Hi. My husband myself and our three kids (age 8 and twins 4) had a lovely time in this hotel. The food was really good and had a fantastic selection. The rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. The kids club And Victor kept the kids entertained. The only problem was there were no signs saying shallow or deep end,my husband dived in at the wrong end and had to spend 3 days in hospital! Having said that the rep, Lee, was really helpful. Would stay in this hotel again.

Hi, all well the long and short of it I hired a safety deposit box in my room in the hotel Regente, had 390pounds English notes, and a 100pounds euro's and my car keys with immobiliser, all were stolen by some member of staff from the hotel, as I always had the key in my bag. This happened not even a week into our holiday which made us have to really budget our money and with a 12year old son and an 8year old daughter it made it worse because we couldn't afford the things we wanted to do with them. Security guards of the hotel were seen on numerous occasions entering or leaving the rooms in a suspicious way, very sneaky looking. All in all with the money stolen and how much it will cost to replace the locks to my car and the immobiliser, we have had about 600pounds stolen. Receptionist denied everything said it was not possible as there is only one key, but I wonder if I had the one key, and there was no forced entry to either room door of safety box where did my money go obviously you know the answer as much as I do. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to ANYONE, and most certainly WILL NOT be re-visiting the hotel ever again..........

Me and my family went to regente for 1 week from 1st august to 8th august. I want to say what a brilliant hotel this is, all of the staff were very helpful and nice. The food was excellent and the hotel was very clean, everyone worked very hard. The entertainment at night was very good and Victor was brilliant. We will definetly be coming back in the future.

Just arrived back from our second holiday abroad in fifteen years, we found the hotel very good with air conditioning throughout. Fantastic Varity of food from fish fingers to king tiger prawns. The hotel was spotlessly clean with an army of staff who were very helpful. The hotel is situated in the quieter part of Benidorm, within walking distance of the water theme park Aqualandia. We had a really good day out here and would recommend to any visitor.
Victor was brilliant he worked so hard to keep us all amused .If we returned to Benidorm we would stay here again.

Regente is a brilliant hotel I would reccomend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Benidorm. Staff were friendly and made you feel welcome food was delicious. I would definatly go back.
