This hotel which used to be great has went down hill since my last visit two years ago. Yes it has upgraded the pool area and added a new indoor gym and pool but the rest of the hotel has not moved on at all. The common areas are drab and the rooms needs refurbished. Customer service is a concept that is new to the staff with most being unhelpful and as far as the diningroom staff downright rude. The food is the worst in Benidorm (providing you can find a knife and fork ) and is either cold or undercooked.Although the hotel is clean and in a good locatation is is let down by poor staff and food.

Going back August 13th. Good food, friendly staff, clean. Poolside is a disappointment due to lack of sun loungers. Entertainment poor but nightlife makes up for it.
